Healing Circles offers professionally printed brochures and business cards that can be placed in your office, welcome/discharge packets, or used by your internal social work staff. If you run low on copies, we can send additional copies quarterly. You can refer to our website or call us for more information.

While referrals can still be made through the Healing Circles website or phone, we also provide a direct point of contact to discuss your clients' needs and support system. We can create a branded web portal or form on either your site or ours. Additionally, we ensure a reciprocal referral relationship source code on the patient record for future referrals. My Healing Circles can work closely with your organization to communicate care and needs, and reach out to every admission to ensure care for all. As an affiliate provider, we can also reach revenue-sharing agreements to increase overall better bottom lines while increasing outcomes. Additionally, we offer long-lasting outreach specifically for Hospice support systems to meet Medicare Criteria, allowing the Hospice Agency to have the support it needs while meeting Medicare billing criteria at no additional cost.
